Meet Your Sleep Coach
Ann (Annie) Smith
Certified Sleep Coach
& Infant Care Specialist
Hi there, and welcome!
My name is Annie, and I’m a Certified Sleep Coach and Infant Care Specialist with more than 25 years of experience and education in the health, wellness, and medical fields.
As a mother of not one, but two sets of twin girls, now ages 18 and 23, I understand firsthand just how important quality sleep is—not only for a growing baby, but for the health and well-being of the entire family. I also understand how valuable rest and support can be for a new mom as her body recovers from pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
My passion is helping families feel more rested, supported, and confident during those early stages of parenthood. Whether I’m helping establish healthy sleep patterns through personalized sleep consultations and assessments, or providing an extra set of hands through The Postpartum Pause, my goal is to create a plan of support that meets the unique needs of your family.
Because when baby is cared for, Mom has an opportunity to rest. And when the whole family is getting the restorative sleep and support they need, everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
I look forward to partnering with you and your family on this journey.

What Parents Say
Annie was able to identify the schedule that worked incredibly well for us from Day 1.
I have tried doing this before, and coming up with a schedule felt like
solving an impossible math problem. But with Annie’s guidance on the schedule,
my baby was able to very quickly start to settle himself and sleep through the night. To give a sense of how bad things were before sleep training - I had been waking up with my son (ie, going to his room and picking him up to nurse) every
2-3 hr for a full year because he would wake up and cry so frequently.

Its funny how you just get accustomed to not sleeping through the night but then when you finally do, you realize what a zombie you were before. Annie helped our son get on a nap schedule and night schedule that has helped immensely. The baby seems to be more happy, is taking better more solid naps and seems more alert and eager to play and learn.

Annie came to our house for overnight newborn care for our daughter. She was attentive and quick to respond to the baby's needs all night so I could rest and heal after my difficult delivery.
Her medical expertise, health and wellness background and her postpartum coaching were an added benefit, as she was able to answer questions I had during the postpartum healing process especially when it came to handling all the "feels" that come after baby arrives. I would 100% recommend Annie@ Tiny Snoozers for your baby's sleep needs and or post partum care.
